A doctor that cares !! He took time to answer my questions and very efficient

When I told him it hurt he said shut up or it will hurt more. When I questioned him about the extreme wait time after hearing him talking and joking with others, he told me to find another doctor if I didn't like it.

After about ten days of waiting, the staff was unable to receive the Humana insurance OK to perform the testing. The OK was required before the tests could be scheduled. This is a very time consuming and laborious protocol requiring the patient to wait. A sign of the times.

My concern and disappointment is the lack of concern for veterans when it come to vouchers. The lack of communication with veterans as to what they need prior to appointment so the veteran is no dejected from scheduled appt. Sometimes the VA can drop the ball , but when dr. Mennen office and VA drop the ball we the veteran have to pay with so little lack of consideration. I believe the Dr. Should take personal interest into what is going on up front in his office.
