My experience: Always waiting rooms for 2 hours for less than 2 mins w dr My prim dr 20yrs, I have taken an Rx every single day for 20 yrs, because I haven't seen him in a few years (he had no problem redoing the Rxfor 3 years w/o a visit) he won't refill, and when I asked if I could get an emergency supply until I could see him, his nasty receptionist said angrily "NO, GO TO URGENT CARE OR SOMETHING, NOTHING I CAN DO". I'm sorry, but that's poor service if you ask me. I would have taken a day off from work to drive out and see him, but I need a short supply which obviously he isn't going to do. One last thing, around 19/20, I saw him to get stitches, he did a fine job, and I paid him in full cash at the time (no ins). Buying my first home, I was given a hard time because his office place me into collections for the service that I paid for out of pocket! THANK GOD the accountant I used at the time told me to save all rcpts for medical, so I had proof, and it was squashed, but it… still took almost a year to get it off my credit. This guy is not for me, and hopefully not for you either.

Doctor Desai is a considerate, extremely competent physician, who takes the time to fully discuss health issues with his patients. I've been a patient of his for over six years now & am completely satisfied.
