Dr. Dilip N Dudhat

I am so pleased with Dr. Dudhat and staff, he is very good at what he does. He is up with all technology for teeth and gums. He is very nice, very easy to speak with about dental concerns. I also need to mention hygienist Dawn, she always makes my dental cleanings and gum cleanings more tolerable, she is a doll!! Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Dudhat DDS, DMD at Advanced Dental in Colmar, PA 18915.

There is a real good chance you will not get treated by Dr. Dudhat. He seems to be focused now on opening new offices. Just getting a sense that this expansion is not what I am looking for in a dentist. New staff and dentists all the time. Brand new office re-model, but I don't care about that. Probably going to be taking my business elsewhere where I can build a relationship with one dentist and have some continuity with the person treating me.

It had been a little while since I had gone to the dentist, so after moving a couple times, and being in a new area i wasnt sure where to go ... i was referred to this office and was a little nervous going my first time since i had not had a check up in a long time, and thought i might have some issues ... from the moment i walked i was greeted by their very friendly receptionist Ashley, who pointed out the coffee available and the waiting area ... i was called back within a few minutes and after a standard cleaning and xrays, was told that i did in fact have several cavities ... i made a follow up appointment for a couple weeks away ... i usually forget these appointments but i was called the day before by the office to remind me which was very helpful ... when i went back i was nervous cause i hate needles, but they were done completely pain free ... from drilling to filling the entire experience was great, and i had no pain afterwards either ... i have been been back for cleanings… and its nice how everyone there remembers your name and is always very friendly ... going to the dentist is no longer something that i stress and i could not be happier with this office, i would highly recommend them if u are looking for a new dental office!!

A friend told me about this office. Went out of convenience and hating the dentist. They were great. Extremely caring and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was in the chair. Felt that they were giving me the exact treatment that I needed and never pushed anything on me. Will be going here from now on.

Dr. Dudhat is the best dentist I have ever had. He operates with integrity and has solved all my oral problems to date since I started seeing him. In less than 2 years Dr. Dudhat has solved every problem I have dealing with for over 30 years with Lanap Surgery, Dental Implant and now Invisiline. I highly recommend Dr. Dudhat for any Dental issues or maintenance you may need. Also my 22 year old Daughter had a dental emergency on Super Bowl Sunday and he took the time out of his personal schedule to meet with her in his office and address her existing condition. Thank you Dr. Dudhat for taking care of my baby girl. I sent her to you as I knew she would be taken good care of.

I have never written reviews for any doctor. In this case, i decided to write a review because i don't want someone like me walking into Dr Dudhat's practice getting hurt. All my problems started when Dr Dudhat gave me a night guard to fix my teeth grinding at night. Earlier in 2015, i asked the doctors in Dr Dudhat's practice why my enamel is wearing away. The doctors told me its because i am grinding my teeth. As a result, Dr Dudhat himself sent the script for making me a custom made mouth guard worth $300. I took the mouth guard home and started wearing at night. In the next 2 or 3 days the mouth guard started to cause me problems. I suffered from cheek pain, migraines and could not open my mouth without pain. I realized later that the mouth guard was wearing my jaw. I went back to Dr Dudhat. I should say the experience going back was really bad. During my appointment, doctor Dudhat was talking to his staff the whole time and i heard him say he does not want to "waste" 5… minutes explaining things patients. To my biggest shock, Dr Dudhat grinded some part of my front teeth without asking me. Additionally, he makes me a new mouth guard which is called a "Anterior Deprograming appliance"(i figured out the name later) and he said "you had the old night guard, this is a new one and is complementary". He said no word about the wrong night guard which he gave me and never apologized. I should have gotten my money back after he realized what the mouth guard did to my jaw. My experience going back to the doctor was very bad and i felt that the doctors and staff are very unprofessional. After 2 weeks as i continued to have pain in my jaw, i realized that i might be having TMJ related problems. TMJ which is a misalignment of the jaw can cause migraines, cheek pain and neck pain. I went to a holistic dentist who was a TMJ specialist and he said i am having pain due to the wearing of my jaw as a result of the mouth guard. My jaw was used to my grinding and my muscles were adjusted to the grinding and therefore I had no pain. However when I started using the mouth guard, it changed everything. The muscles started to fight back and my jaw started to hurt. Dentists make a lot of money with mouth guards and insurance pays nothing. In my case Dr Dudhat did not even ask or check if i had a preexisting jaw problem or grinding problem. The holistic dentist looked inside my mouth and was able to immediately tell me the reason why each of my teeth looks different and also the misalignment of the jaw. If you have a grinding problem or a jaw problem, please dont walk into this practice. If you are interested in normal cleaning and normal filling, I would say Dr Dudhatâ??s practice would be an Ok place to go. The doctors in this practice lack enough experience and knowledge to understand preexisting problems. Additionally, the second mouth guard Dr Dudhat made me which is called an "Anterior Deprograming appliance" which fits on the upper front teeth apparently would have broken my front teeth. The holistic dentist asked me to stop wearing it because it was too tight and there is potential of breaking the front teeth. Me and my family were both going to Dr Dudhatâ??s practice for many years. I am very disappointed and hurt due to all this.
