Receptionist is very friendly and Dr. Bera has cared for my family for years. Would recommend.

I was not treated for tests would never do tests.,no psychical.To me this was not primary care so I left plus receptionist was always complaining

I hate to see these negative comments about the doctor an about his staff. I have found I have found out to personal experience throughout the years. The ladies work very hard and are always working every time I go and very polite and caring as for Dr Bera he is the best Dr I've ever seen he's great at what he does he cares about his patients and there was nothing that I can say negative you just can't make everybody happy I recommend him 100% to anybody you will not be disappointed he's a great doctor

You people don't know what a bad DR is!!. Both my husband,myself and several family members have been patients of Dr.Bera for over 20yrs.On numerous occasions not only has the Dr. Saved my life, but his staff,Cheryl and Penny have gone way out beyond their job requirements to help us through herific insurance issues. Throughout the years,Dr.BERA has always been there,Every time,always been spot on with our health care and I will never have another Dr.as long as he is available. As far as payment,copays for services rendered, Do you know Anyone in Any business that doesn't need to get paid for their service? You need to contact Judge Judy and see what she says. Dr. Bera and the girls in the office deserves respect and much praise for putting up with some of the "kooks" that come and out of the office. Long life and good health to all @ the Philipsburg office.

He comes in for 4 minutes and out of the room. Like he doesn't have enough time, but he should be spending more time with patients.

This doctor was good but now he's bad. The only this the office cares about is money. If you don't have your money ontime they will not want anything to do with You. No matter how sick you are. I hate to say this but they will catch a lawsuit soon because of how they will leave their patients without refills and have not a care in the world to refill it. As them being medical professionals then they should know you "should NOT suddenly stop any medication abruptly" but like I said they don't care. If you don't have their money they will leave you to die. Thank GOODNESS I'm switching my primary doctor!!! And who even knows if it's the doctors fault. He says one thing and his lazy receptionist Doris says another thing. this is my honest review from a fed up patient that's been dealing with this office for 3 years!!

I have been seeing this doctor for several years. At first the visits were going great however now the doctor and his receptionist Doris are becoming more and more inpatient and lazy and making mistakes. They are cheap and money hungry. I say cheap because they don't even change the paper on the table so when it's your turn they just put you in the room with dirty crinkle paper from where the last person sat on and their money hungry because they rather get paid than them understanding you need to eat as well. They don't care about anything else but their money. God forbid if the receptionist makes a mistake. Shell find any way to blame it on you being the patient or shell blame the pharmacy saying it's their fault for not doing it correctly when indeed it's her fault 100%. Anytime I call because I'm having trouble with a medication to be filled shell go on and on about the doctor probably won't do that And all this, to mind you it's not even a controlled substance so there really… shouldn't be an issue. She's just lazy and doesn't want to do her job. You tell her what pharmacy to call your medication to and shell call it into a complete other pharmacy then when you call her to correct it instead of saying sorry shell blame you for using to many pharmacys. Accuse you of pharmacy hooping or say that the pharmacist is the one who messed up and deleted the order . I don't know what is happening to this practice however it's going down hill. I used to LOVE this doctor but now I cant wait until I run far far far away. Like I said I've been using this doctor for years but now after so many EXCUSES and so many mistakes enough is enough. I NEED a doctor who is patient, who understands, and who isn't greedy just looking for money. I never been a no show and always come to my appointments every month. I have never did anything to them for them to be acting like this to me and to be honest I'm hurt because now I have to start over from scratch. He doesn't want to see me anymore just because I couldn't afford my co payment so therefore he wants to drop me. Really?!?!? That's fine because I'm tired of the non sense. If you have great insurance and want a receptionist to mess up your medication and a doctor who is really quick in and out the rooms super fast then this doctor is for you. Its a shame it has come to this.

He is an exceptional MD. He has saved mine, my mothers and my grandmothers life!

I'm going to Dr Bera for about 10 years. I think he's one of the best doctors you could ever want. He's kind caring and you can get into him at any time talk to him about anything And his staff are just as great as he is .
