Came as a new patient after 24 yrs as patient with NorthShore. I was incredibly well served and appreciate my new relationship with Dr. Hanna and staff.

Dr. Hanna is very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring and smiling is good atmosphere for patients. I am very well taken care of. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Dr. Hanna always treats me with tender loving care. Because she really does care.

If you try to schedule an appointment Adjust your plane for rest of the day because you will spend it there, unbelievable how they schedule appointment time and you need to wait for 1 to hours until they call you, never go there again

Very long waiting, If you have appointment , that’s mean you will spend the rest of the day in the waiting room , never go back again, rude stuff.

Other than the hourlong wait, everything was great. The staff was very good, and Dr. Hanna was kind and focused, in spite of the pressure she must have been under. She began by apologizing for the delay, explaining that they're in the process of opening an urgent-care center, which should alleviate the cases that made her run behind-schedule.

She is the best

This place is amazing, dr Hanna is been our doctor for years, even when they were on the old clinic. We watched them grow and go through many stages, of course for better, the new clinic is very welcoming and relaxing while waiting for doctor to see you, one thing did not change through years is dr Hanna's way of treating us, she is always there, through all my family's ups and downs, with a big heart and a comforting smile, i trust her with all my family's health needs. Her staff are amazing too, they make you feel welcomed and loved.

My mom got sick last week, dr Hanna's office was closed for thanksgiving holiday, she refused to go to any other doctor except dr hanna. She is been going to her for about 10 years. She became much sicker and took her to Er, stayed there for long time, after making her go through blood testings, scans and xrays was send home, told her it was a virus . she became more sick and weak, and again refused to get any care from any other doctor until Monday . I called dr hanna's clinic and asked for my mom to be seen. for 10 years everyone in the clinic knows us and specially my mom, the receptionist was very kind and accepted us . We had to wait little over 1 hour. The minute Dr Hanna started to ask my mom question regarding her condition , and gave her an exam. She knew exactly what was wrong, without doing any test. She gave her medications and by that same night my mom's health turned around. Dr Hanna never failed us not even once since first time we came to her while they were in the old… clinic. My mom prays for her every day

Dont waste your time this place is horrible, always closed when its an important emergency, they never leave any message updates on their website stating closed or even on their answering machine! They make you wait forever in there , if and never see you at the appointment scheduled time., 4 hour wait mostly! And never responds to messages This week i had an issue, they were closed on black friday! For what its not even a holiday, and Saturday i went there it said open on the website, when i got there it was closed with message only open every other Saturday, no notification on answering machine or online with this info! Then Sunday alwaya closed but all other days only see’s you by appointment even if you have the worst emergency with a sick child they wont squeeze you in the schedule to see the doctor . I will never recommend this place- don’t waste your time! Front dest receptionist is horrible service also!!!
