Put in new patient paperwork with their office. I called back after two weeks and they told me that it takes a little longer to get things scheduled. I tried back the next week and got the same. I then waited an entire month only for them to finally go pull the paperwork to tell me that he could not accept me as a new patient. So unprofessional. I wait a month with no doctor for them to finally give me information that he will not accept me as a new patient. Terrible customer service.

Great doctor with a lovely bedside manner. His nurse is knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff needs to be educated on customer service.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dimitriades. He is very knowledgeable and humble in his evaluation and assessment. He explains his recommendations well and does not push medication. He takes his time with patients and during the assessment you do not feel as though he is rushing to finish seeing you. He is very personable and has an excellent bedside manner.

Hard to make an appointment. Tells you to keep seeing NP every month and pay a copay each time, till appointment with him for yearly physical. Staff cold, uncaring, just a number, gone are the days of caring medical treatment when using a Memorial Clinic.

Smart, nice . kind. A pleasure to see, well or just for check up. Staff kind ,helpful, gentle intelligent nurses.

I have been seeing this Doctor for about 3 years and I haven't had a visit that was pleasant yet. Dr. Dimitriades is ok but his staff is absolutely ridiculous. The rudest people I have ever dealt with in the medical profession. I have three small children and obviously we see a lot of Doctors but this place is a joke. Dr. Dimitriades needs to fire everyone in that office and start over. Obviously I do not trust his judgement if he is ok with his staff treating people like this. I have complained in the past to him about his staff and he didn't seem to care. I will not recommend nor will I be back to this Doctor.
