Dr. Dimitry Michael Palceski, DO

The staff is very nice. The main problem exists with Palceski...if you listen to the recorded hold line message of his unknown university schooling, his publications in the free Orlando magazine or his speaking engagements at middle school career day you will see that the unfounded ego problems permeate his practice. The goal is always to generate an office visit even for a simple refill or the most minor need. Further, I was incorrectly prescribed a medication that did not previously work. When I contacted the office about it I was promptly sent a letter that he will no longer serve me as a patient. I would avoid this office under all circumstances.

I treated at Refecltions Dermatology in Winter Park with Dr. Palceski. On my last visit the doctor recommended to me he inject the product Sculptra under my eyes. I replied that I read on line it is not FDA approved for under the eye and it can be dangerous. He replied there are many products not FDA approved but we still use them. I agreed with the procedure. After two weeks the swelling and bruising was starting to diminish. I called the office and asked them a question. My question was " Is it normal to have a bluish/black/pink hue under my eyes after treatment? The assistant to the doctor answered my question with this statement: "Feel free to upload photos on line and we will review it. She also said she feels it is best for me to treat at at another practice. I was shocked. In my eyes I have a real concern and the office basically abandoned me. To this day four months later I still have a blue, red and black hue under my eyes. This is not an acceptable way… to treat patients. Please be careful with Reflections Dermatology .

I have been seeing Dr P. for several years and think he’s great! Very knowledgeable, great “bedside” manner, I never feel rushed and plan to see him for all my dermatology needs in the future.

First, beautiful office and really sweet staff. I’ve been to many places before but my search is over....The Dr is really nice and explained everything to me. I had cosmetic things done and he did a better job than anyone I’ve ever had before. It’s the best result I’ve ever gotten. Couldn’t be happier. Also, I don’t write many reviews, but I know it can be hard for us to find someone really good. I wanted to share my experience.

Outstanding Doctor. Listens, thorough w diagnosis, careful w treatment and cares about aesthetic results. I’ve been a patient for 5 years. Will continue to utilize in the future. Highly recommend and great staff.

He claims to be an experienced injector and what the botox injections that Dr. Palceski administered on my face did to me an experienced injector wouldn’t do. First I looked like a had a stroke and after his attempt to “fix” his mistake, now I can’t even smile.

Don't go here RUN from this office, all this Doctor cares about is the cosmetic aspect. The medical care is very disappointing, irresponsible and uncaring.

Great doctor. I had moderate to severe, cystic adult acne that many other dermatologists failed to treat. My skin is now the best it's been in my entire life. I get compliments all the time. He also has done botox and juvederm on me and the results have been beautiful.

Love him! He was excellent with all My procedures
