Dr. Patel was born in Wilson, North Carolina and grew up in Manning, South Carolina. She was her high school's Valedictorian, class president, played women's slow pitch softball and basketball, and was a cheerleader for the men's varsity teams! Dimple was a Dean's List and President's List student in college, and when not studying, worked in a lab at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as playing women's football - her favorite sport! In Dental School, Dr. Patel was also a Dean's List student, an Honor Graduate, and worked as a teaching assistant in the Anatomy Department.
Dimple now lives in Smyrna with her husband, and in her spare time enjoys reading historical fiction, attending Broadway theater, art museums, Indian cooking and traveling anywhere with a beach (Hawaii is her favorite!). She also loves traveling to India to visit her …family. Dimple is active in the Hindu community, a member of Shakti Mandir, the Hindu temple in Jonesboro, and is a huge Falcons fan who never misses a home game! Dr. Patel is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society, and enjoys cosmetic dentistry as well as all aspects of comprehensive dental care. She speaks English, Hindi, and Gujrati, and patients can visit her at our DentFirst Kennesaw and Smyrna locations.
