Years ago, I would agree with the comments about Dr. Burke's staff and how seemingly unprofessional they were, but today, in her own MDVIP practice on Washington and Buffalo, every person there genuinely cares about each and every patient, works hard to accommodate their needs, makes them smile (and often laugh) regardless of their situation, literally HUGS every patient when they leave and often when they arrive (!), does their best to help correct a bill or questionable charge, actually engages the patients in a conversation, and practices medicine in the best possible manner with time to listen and with terrific advice. I am truly glad to have joined the MDVIP system when Dr. Burke joined a couple of years ago. My health and the personalized care are worth every cent my wife and I invest, and Dr. Burke truly takes excellent care of us on every visit. Our wait times are almost next-to-nothing, and her kindness is phenomenal!!! If you need a good-- no GREAT--Internal Medicine… doctor, don't go anywhere else!!

She's professional, but with a huge sprinkling of sincerity. Dr. Burke involves you in your healthcare...you just need to put in the effort & want to work hard. She's dedicated to find the best solutions to your needs and is tireless when it comes to researching. You can't help but smile when she comes into the exam room...and you're still smiling when you leave the office!

Dr. Burke is a wonderful caring Dr. who will take care of all your medical needs! She's become like a friend, her office staff is very caring and competent! She is very thorough with your medical needs, explains everything, spends much needed time with you! you won't be disappointed with her knowledge and care!

I have known Dr. Burke since she first started working as a doctor. (That makes it longer than 24 years now!) She is beyond wonderful! Almost every doctor in this city needs to see 10 patients an hour, but regardless of how busy her schedule may be, she takes time to listen to me and guide me through the things I need to do to maintain and improve my overall health. She truly cares about me and the life I live. She makes me laugh, and she has always taken time to help me. She is now an MDVIP doctor, and that makes visiting her office a genuinely GREAT event! (In her next life, I know she'll be an interior decorator because her office is so warm, relaxing, and friendly.) If you want a doctor you can truly love, she is the one to see! TOTALLY AWESOME and UNBELIEVABLY GREAT!!!

Dr Burke and her staff are NOT professional!! They never call you back. You can't get an appointment when you need to see her. She only wants you to come in 3/4 times a year to check your blood so she has an easy appointment and it guarantees her the business 3/4 times a year! I feel I'm being used to feed her business! She has been very open about her dislike for obamacare and discusses it every visit I just want a Dr that I can count on! I always end up at QUICKCARE because her staff does not take calls, they do not treat you with respect and you can not get an appointment before 2 months.

When I started caregiving my Dad I had to find him a doctor and my chiropractor reccomended Dr. Burke. She took great care of my Dad the last few years of his life. My husband & I also started seeing Dr. Burke because of the wonderful care she gave Dad. She is the only Doctor I have ever seen that gives you all the time you need and she has such a great bedside manner you quickly feel like she is a friend. I will spend the rest of my years on this earth as her patient.

Dr, Burke has been our Dr. for quite a while now. She is the best Dr. my husband and I have ever encountered. Dr. Burke has a great bedside manner, she spends time with her patients, and is very approachable. She listens to her patients, and discusses all of their concerns. Dr. Burke is excellent at being very proactive with your health. Dr. Burke also has a wonderful and courteous staff of people who work with her, and with her patients. Delia is very nice, and extremely efficient. And, of course Jolene who schedules appointments for Dr. Burke is also very pleasant and very efficient. If you are looking for a special Dr. who will take care of all your needs, Dr.. Burke is the Dr. for you. She is a one in a million Doctor.
