They charged me 367. for an office visit, could not get through, could not get scripts transferred, wrong scripts called into the wrong phar. rude staff.

WOW! BE READY TO BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE & DO HER JOB AS WELL AS HER STAFF'S JOB FOR THEM! I was just there & a new nurse took my blood pressure & not only was it completely wrong, she smelled like an ashtray & looked like something off the street. I told Dr Criniti to please check it again & she proceeded to take up for her nurse & tell me it was my medication that is causing it, & said I should have known that. Well I have NO history of hypertension & I asked her one last time before she rushed off to check her FB & she took it & I was RIGHT it was normal. Her staff is all females & they are very snippy & act like you are a bother. They never return phone calls & they are constantly goofing off. What happened to professional attire in the medical field? At least put a lab coat on & look the part. I am a very good patient & keep up my end of the bargain. If you must go to this practice, Dr. Porter is who I would see. The mistakes they make are often & inexcusable. Perhaps she needs to… just do cosmetic procedures only. If you ever are stricken with an issue be sure & go see another doctor, because she is notorious for doing repeated blood work as well as every scan under the sun. Waiting time is ridiculous. It's great to spend time with your patients but give me a break... if she would stay off of Amazon & put her staff to better use it would become a productive healthy environment once again. VERY DISAPPOINTED I wish her the best & I hope she reads this in a constructive manner. Please share this with your office manager Mrs. Porter.

Rushes you, runs late, staff is sloppy, rude behavior on telephone, has treated my mother and son with disrespect, doctor does not focus, staff horses around and is very loud, use of profanity, no organization, pack a lunch, bring a can of Lysol, exam rooms paper is not changed still see huge wrinkles and tears, no gloves used, loud, be prepared to be treated poorly be front desk ladies and even a few in the back.

Dr. Criniti is a good doctor but staff doesnot respond to messages or call backs.

Dr. Criniti is an excellent physician, she is very compasionate and cares about her patients.

Dr. Criniti is my whole families Dr. She has always been professional and caring. She has no problem referring you to other specialist if she is not sure. This I appreciate and understand that is why others are "specialist" as no one can know it all.She cares for our two kids and has for about 10 years. She also cares for my other grandchildren, all, very well. All in all we feel we are very fortunate to have her as a Dr. My wife has congestive heart failure, and I have back and bone problems. I guess most people only write negative reviews, as they vent.

she is very unprofessional and does not spend enough time with you. You have to be a size 2 or one of her friends to get the attention you need which is unprofessional. It's funny how she can write a prescription for a diet medication for someone who doesn't need it at ALL!!! But someone who actually needs it cannot get it because they need to loose weight on their own first when she just hands it to everyone else. Excuse me for actually having weight I need to loose! She doesn't not care about anyone at all, she also dresses unprofessional too because no offense to what size you are you don need to wear a short dress at work in the medical field. I would advise anyone who goes to her or looking into going to her to seek someone else.

Do not go to this doctor. And if you do, do not question her or voice concerns or give any kind of negative feedback - she discharged me due to my putting concerns in writing about several things, one about being prescibed a very potent combo of Flagyl and Cipro before even getting results back from a stool sample re. my intestinal/diarrhea issues. And she did not explain any of the risks, precautions one must take with these medications, no discussion - her helper just handed them to me. When I questioned her about this in my follow up and also let her know I did not take them (which also made her mad - questioning the almighty doctor!), she said it's the PHARMACIST'S job to go over all those things with you, not hers! My pharmacists are very good about answering any questions and giving info, but they agreed that they are there to add to information THE DOCTOR has already given the patient. In fact, the pharmacist in this case said she would not take these drugs without a diagnosis… and without very good reason; and that there were many negative side effects to them. Dr. Criniti had no time for me; did not go over previous health concerns; did not ask questions; did not ask me if I had any questions; did not, in short, show the slightest interest in my health or wellbeing.And then I received a certified letter in the mail saying the SPring Hill Primary Care Center is DISCHARGING me and that I am no longer their patient.Sound like a Seinfeld episode? I think so :-(
