Dr. Dina Kathle Myers, DO

The doctor is great but all her staff are mean!!!! I was rushed to the hospital and told i was having a bad anxiety attack but yet I'm still having chest pain and numbness and yet the nurses say no one there will see me.. Hospital said my primary doctor has to test me further but Noooooooo the nurse won't even get on the phone. They had scheduling tell me they won't see me... Just like when I was having stomach pain. Med express took care of me because this place don't see people who really need o It!!!!!! I've been a patient for almost a year and they only agreed to see me twice!!!!! Denied 5 times!!!

Dr Myers became my pcp upon recommendation from another doctor's office. I had to change because of the UPMC/Highmark debacle. I have been very happy with my switch to Dr. Meyers. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and to explain any recommendations she is making. She even spends a few minutes of my appointment chit chatting a little bit making me feel like she cares about me as a person and not just as a patient.

Both of the Dr's are very good doing their job. They listen very well and have provided great service the 2 years we have lived in Cranberry. The issue with this practice is that it is nearly impossible to get the staff to do anything and to add fuel to the fire, they installed a new "system" that has them thrown for a loop. The automated phone tree is ridiculous - it's like a maze. I have never had a doctor's office make their patients press so many buttons just to make an appointment for a sinus infection. I can understand if it's lunch time or after hours you want a service to answer, but during your normal hours, have your staff answer the phone. 3 months ago I left a message that was never returned and I ended up going to urgent care to get my daughter's sinus infection address. We called yesterday for a copy of a physical for my oldests driving test and got the "we'll call you back". Never happened, so you guessed it, we went to urgent care and paid $100 out of… pocket to get it done. You'll have a great experience if you can navigate your way through the phone menu and get an actual appointment with the doctors.

I have been to Dr. Myers for 2 visits and both times I felt she took the time to listen. So many doctors make you feel like an assembly line and you feel hurried. I didn't feel rushed either time. I wasn't an easy case to diagnose but she took the time to find an answer. I will continue going to this practice.

I visited Dr. Dina Meyers in Jan. 2015, The visit was very good, however I needed to have blood test done, The girl who tired to take the test didn't seen to know what she was doing, her finger nail were very dirty and she tried 3 times to get a vain, after 3 times she had to get help, the lady who helped her did it the first time. I needed to get my prescription's refilled, it took 8 day for them to get the order to the pharmacy, and they were wrong, I called the office to talk with the person who send in the refills about the problem. I was told that she would call me back , I waited for 4 hours for the call back that never came so I called them back again, I got the same store so after 3 hours I called them back again, I was told that all that the order was waiting for the doctor to sign so it could be sent in. The following morning I call the pharmacy to check on the order, It was still wrong, the pharmacy called while I was on hold to get it corrected. Dr. Meyers is a very good… doctor however her staff is not very good and something needs to be done about or she is going to find herself in a law suit

If I could rate it a ONE Star i would. TERRIBLE staff follow up. I moved and have been trying to get my medical records. It's been THREE months! Too lazy to go into storage to get them! The Myers team needs to know what's happening in this office!

Dr Dina is fantastic! Sweet, compassionate, explains things clearly, very smart!
