Dr. Oster ...1 star is too many for her unprofessional behavior ...

She left her practice and that is a good thing. She had no bedside manner, no compassion and made me wait most times over a half hour.

Recent transplant from CT to FL and needed to find a new PCP. I am so thrilled with Dr. Oster. I found her to be thorough, pleasant, and invested in our session. She took time to listen to and answer all of my questions. Her office staff were awesome on the phone and in person. I intend to keep her as my PCP. Great office!!!

She is abrasive with no bedside manner or clue as to communication skills. Has to look up info on her phone. Waited over an hour twice for an appointment.

A former hospitalist whose staff doesn't know how to file insurance. Have secondary insurance and never get bills, but got one form her office. Medicare says a diagnostic code was missing. Another Medicare person said the test she ordered did not say it was medically necessary. Huh?

This practice is horrible. Today, I called for an appointment, and the person I spoke to was so rude. Previously, when I have seen Dr Oster, she was insensitvie and arrogant. She told me she didn't know what to do for a swollen knee and looked up information on her cell phone!! Basically, I was dismissed. She does not care about her patients, and I do not believe she understands the practice of medicine.

Easy to talk to. Listens to what you have to say. Great doctor!!!

I am a healthcare professional and saw this Dr as a patient. She has no clue as to how to talk to patients. I found her condescending, defensive, antagonistic and arrogant. I do not think she likes her job.

Dina Oster was rude, and completely lacking in bedside manner. When a person sees a Dr., it is typically a difficult moment in their lives. Perhaps this "Dr" would do well to remember that, and not be so obviously uncaring and crass. Her horrible, insensitive comments to the nurse, made loud enough for many to hear, left me feeling humiliated. Save yourself the pain if you can, and choose someone else.

BEWARE!!! Very poor bedside manner. Dina was insulting unable to listen and made quick assumptions based on little information. She lacks in empathy and the ability to understand the patient and their needs. Sixty seconds after meeting me she wanted to change my meds refering me to a specialist and didn’t even give me a comprehensive exam. She was incredibly unprofessional and I feel she should think of changing her profession. She is in no way a caring physician.
