I went to have a microneedling procedure here, and I was amazed at how efficient this visit was. All paperwork was handled beforehand, so I was in the room immediately when I walked in. The staff was relaxed, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their helpfulness. The doctor herself (who has very impressive credentials from Harvard and Yale!) got right down to business. I appreciated her straightforward attitude, which didn't waste my time and left me fully informed. The way she spoke and handled my questions was clearly the result of years of experience. This was a professional visit any New Yorker would appreciate.

Horrible, aggressive attitude towards staff AND patients.

No matter how many prestigious schools she attended or how many big name clients she has, I will NEVER go back nor will I ever recommend Dr. Strachan. She was 1.5 hours late for my appointment, did NOT apologize and had an attitude during my entire visit. I don't know who gave her the impression she was special, but don't waste your time. There are PLENTY of other dermatologists in this great city of ours; trust me when I say, do not waste your time with this one.

Horrible staff with an equally heinous doctor. This doctor will cancel appointments at the last minute and then have the gall to charge patients a fee if they do. She claims its a loss for her. How is that when she is already at the office, whereas its worse when she cancels because people have to take time off from work etc. to be there. This practice cares nothing about providing medical services and is only interested in money in a despicable blatant way. Read reviews of her and Aglow Dermatology online, they are a reflection of her and her practice's lack of professionalism and money grubbing ways.

Dr. Strachan has helped me with many skin problems over the years. She is my go to dermatologist. I recommend her to others all of the time.

Only gave 2 star because she is good at what she does. Her mannerism is on Another level. This Doctor is not the friendliest person you will meet. If you are looking for a doctor who shows compassion, please don’t expect it from this doctor at all. She is rude, very condescending, and does not listen.

Dina strachan was by far the worst doctor I have ever had. Her staff and herself are truly unprofessional and only care about taking your money. BE AWARE! She will not solve you problems and instead will delay any solution as much as possible to have you come back over and over just so she can charge you. This woman should lose her license to be a doctor, shes an absolute fraud and con artist
