Dr. Jain understood why another doctor changed my medication and this really impressed me

I would not recommend Dr. Jain. He is extremely difficult to contact. His office does not return phone calls as they are "too busy." He continued to prescribe a medication that was not covered by insurance even though we asked him numerous times to suggest an alternative.

This doctor beat me around the bush after wasting my time for several weeks. He is very rude and disrespectful and should switch his title to comedian because people’s health shouldn’t be joked about when seeing a doctor. Good riddance I highly suggest skipping this doctor.

Dr Jain was very easy to talk to and I felt at ease sharing my personal information with him and his ability to give great advice.

I went in with a sore back. I told him my back was tender to the touch near my lower back and had some swelling. first he went over my blood results. I wasn't really concerned about that as I was in pain. after he asked about my reason for the visit. I told him. He never looked or touched my back. he checked my legs. He wanted to send me to physical therapy right away. I can't do therapy, it hurts. frustrating. While I there imwant my swollen Achilles looked at. it's been swollen since June. "Growing Pains" he said as he walked out. I'm 52 you jerk!

I think he is an amazing doctor.... Kind and all around great person

Dr. Jain should not take on patients he can not spend time with. He is also a Dr. at Lexington, where meds were not recorded properly, and where I watched a woman dying in the dining room, I was then placed in HER room as another patient lay dying surrounded by her family. I was then almost TRAPPED into becoming a resident. Recently. the staff member Michelle lied to me at least four times!, She told me repeatedly she could not get reports from Urgent Care, I call Urgent care, where I had gone in with complaints and with reports requested by Dr. Jain, Being on staff at Ingalls he should have had all reports in my chart as physicans can view and print. She told me should could not do this as I went into Urgent Care even though I went in with report requisition, she told me the doctors office could not receive these reports and to call Urgent care, at this point I was in tears and Urgent care told me that Michelle had my reports "IN HER HAND." so if this staff member does not… understand the important of fractures or a medical condition that could result in the loss of kidney, what good is the DR.?????? SHAME ON THIS OFFICE!!!! RUN from this physician.

My father was a patient at a nursing home in Orland Park and was assigned to this doctor. He visited my father once upon entry into the facility and once when hospice was brought in.We felt like this doctor did not want to bother taking the time with these Alzheimer patients. All he did was stand at the nurses station, flip through the patients information taken by the nurses and signed off. His nurse practitioner checked on my dad more often then him.He also indicated on my dad's death certificate that he saw my dad that day when in fact, we were there and he never even poked his head in. He stood at the nurses station that was the extent of his visit.
