Dr. Dinesh Nayak, MD

I've only seen him once so far and my fiance and I are very pleased with our visit. He took the time to talk to us about the basics and asked multiple times if we had any questions. On his way out of course I remembered a question and he was happy to review it with me. Some of the reviews said the office was dirty and staff was rude. My experience was the exact opposite. The office was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only problem with Nayak is not really a problem. He is top dog, best of the best so he is super busy. Having a flexible schedule to work around his is best. So far so good and I do plan to return to Dr. Nayak.

after a 1.5 hour wait, we got less than 2 minutes of the doctors time- he was rude, made me and my husband feel like we were bad parents and blew off our concerns. we are never going back to this DIRTY office with its RUDE staff.

I love dr. Nayak and dr. Bronni and generally won't make an appointment unless it is with either of them. They are thorough with their examinations, very knowledgeable yet explain things in an easy way, patient with children, friendly and approachable, and promote nutrition and development. Andrea, the receptionist, is very friendly and professional and stands out amongst the staff. The nurses are very good with the children as well especially when it comes time for shots. I do wish that there were seperate offices and waiting areas for well visits because some of the patients aren't very considerate when it comes to hygiene.

My daughter was seen by a Dr here a couple months back and diagnosed with strap throat where of course I was told how to help treat it and keep her out of school until it's cured. However, it seems that the ratings and services for this office is becoming more poor by the second. Since it's close to the end of the semester and everything is obviously on record I called today to inform the office that due to the fact I have forgotten a couple of times to get excuses a couple of times my daughter was seen there this year that I would be picking them for school records. I was abruptly cut off by a woman who wouldn't clarify her name or job position in the office telling me that they will only give me an excuse for the day she was seen even though the dr told me to keep her out of school that week. She had an Indian accent but I do know she's not a pediatrician in the office. She cut me off when she realized I wanted her name in which she pronounced out something close to "Ladvika". I've… gotten excuses numerous times over the 7 yrs my daughter has been a patient there when I was told by the Pediatrician to keep her out without any issues. This woman cut me off so many times as if she could care less to understand WHY I was calling. The worst of all is when I asked her to just clarify on the record that I can not get an excuse for following the Dr's instructions SHE RUDELY & intentionally hung up on me as if I'm not calling about my 7 yr old child ! When I called back, as expected someone else picks up and claims not to have a clue who I could be referring to! Keep in mind, this is a pretty small pediatrician office. You mean to tell me that seconds after I get hung up on that I was speaking to the office ghost the first time?! The feeling of frustration is over whelming when it regards your child! I see so many complaints online about Dr. Nayak who is supposed to be my daughters primary yet I haven't seen him in what seems like ages! So after seeing so many different enployees every visit I couldn't even give the name of the dr who diagnosed her! However, I have never had any terrible visit with Dr. Nayak the way the office is being ran is wat out of hand! My sister is in medical school so thankfully she's pretty helpful with advice for situations like these. I'd hate to have to take any further action with a lot of others who obviously want something done but I'm going to the office today to see who it was and try to make a complaint there, if nothing changes I'll update everyone on how I'm advised to carry it further. They have no problem accepting out insurance payments or cash payments but I feel as if my child's life was disregarded in a sense. I'll follow up after today & if I feel a change is made than I may turn the other cheek but if not I'll use my social platform to push as hard as possible for the state to do SOMETHING!

AFTER WAITING OVER ONEHOUR, WE WERE SEEN BY A NURSE PRACTITIONER DEBBIE WHO WAS SHORT TEMPERED AND CONDESCENDING. OUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS WITH DR. NAYAK-HE CAME IN AND WAS IN THE ROOM FOR LESS THAN 15 SECONDS- WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. OFFICE WAS FILTHY AND STINKY

we were treated like a commodity and not as patients. filthy office, rude staff. enough is enough
