I presented to the VMC Maple Valley urgent care with a broken hand and other bumps & bruises. Dr. Pai was very thorough in assessing everything, and was very kind. I got excellent care.

Very knowledgeable Doctor, not an Ibuprofen fan like most of the Multicare system doctors are.

My girlfriend has a bad back that has been getting worse over the last few months, its gotten to the point where she cries everyday and can't sit in her chair for class. We are not rich people, we have state insurance and this is the only place we can turn to in our time of need for health issues. She went to him and he was dismissive about the issue, he simply didn't care, he prescribed her motrin and told her she was going to get bettter. Well its not going to get better, its been getting worse, and now we don't have anymore options due to our state insurance. We didn't expect him to fix the issue then and there, but he could have at least listened and perhaps gave us a referral so there was at least some hope. It pains me to see my girlfriend in pain everyday. I called their office and they gave me a number to make a formal complain, I called it and chose the right facility and suddenly it asks me to put in my extension? There is no extension, I asked, and the operator took me to… the general medicare call line. So I wasn't able to even make a complain. There truly is no justice for the regular man or woman. For now all we have is nope that this issue isn't something that will just keep degrading her state of life, but it certainly seems that way.
