Dr. Dino Ortiz Espineli, MD

The care we have received from the whole staff has been professional, caring, and respectful. I am grateful for the attention and insight Dr Dino and his partners have provided. This high quality of care requires time that I don't mind waiting for. The battery of tests ordered are used to rule out diseases as well as diagnosis. Dr. Dino thoroughly explains everything, listens to patient/family input, and answers all of your questions. Inquiry calls have always been answered in a timely manner. Once he had to cut the call short and he called back after office hours so he could spend more time wth me. I also disagree with the reviewers that gave poor reviews for not accepting new patients. Fortunately, Dr. Dino practices quality not quanity. If you want quick service in a high volume situation, go elsewhere.

Have been a patient for about 4 years and must say have been very pleased. DrEspinelli listens when you have a problem and does not overmedicate.. Answers any questions I may have and if and when I call the office I always get a call back. Has referred me to a Cardiologist who has taken care of my problem, I have complete trust in him.

The check mark stating 'Accepting new patients' is a lie. When we called today to make an appointment as a new patient, the person answering the call snorted and said no new patients were being accepted.

Dr. Dino Espineli is personable, takes time listening to me when I have an office visit and explains medical issues in a clear manner for a lay person to understand. In addition if needed he will return a call to me and /or my husband. Dr. Espineli has also called our home to inquire of our well being. We have been more than satisfied with our care.

Dr. Espineli is a wonderful doctor. He took care of my aging father for many years. He was always available when we needed him. His skilled, calm, caring demeanor was a blessing to both my father and I, his caretaker. My phone calls were always returned promptly. His accurate diagnoses brought my father through many health emergencies. I would recomend Dr. Espineli as a doctor for anyone......

At first he comes across as caring and compassionate, but as soon as you question him that quickly changes. Also, don't dare suggest that you might be suffering from side effects of medication. It's always you, never the pills, you're imagining things. Not surprising since the drug company reps are always in his waiting room. I've had enough and will be looking for a new doctor.

I agree with the Don't Bother rating. I have never encountered such a rude staff with the exception of Debbie. One staff member actually hung up on me & when I finally was able to speak to Dr.Espineli (6 calls with no response in 3 weeks) he did not apologize. i waited one month to get an appt. with him for myself & my husband & obviously wasted a month because now I have to find another doctor. Very frustrating.

Have seen him a few times, and all he did was take me off of my meds that were helping. then he stopped returning my phone calls. i have left a message at his office every day for a month, and his staff still seems like they have no idea who i am. worst dr. i have ever been to.
