If I could negative re views I would. I experienced some of the same and when I complained I was dropped mid appointment. I calmly left because that was the best thing you did the entire time you were my Doctor. Push me to find a caring, informed Doctor

Our visit with the Dr was fine but his staff did not provide what insurance needed for an authorization, causing my husband to be out of needed medication for weeks and no samples or alternate treatment was offered. Needed scans were not sent for additional testing and if you complain you will be dismissed as a patient. Worse yet , you will not be informed of that, as you await to find out if the additional testing Dr.requested can be done. Not only can it not be done, but the records request that was filled out weeks ago, was ignored, and scans were not sent and I might have to wait months now because I need a new PCP.

The nurse on staff was extremely unprofessional and negligent. My mom went an entire seven days without receiving her insulin, which is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. To make matters worse, the nurse was rude and lacked any sense of diligence or care. This type of behavior should not be tolerated in healthcare, and immediate action needs to be taken to address this. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care. She needs to be reported to the board .
