I was excited to try Calcium Dental after hearing great things about the dentist, but scheduling was a frustrating experience. I booked appointments for myself, my husband, and my mother. During my text exchange with Ernesto, I clearly requested Sept 10 at 10:00 am. While he initially confirmed the correct time with the wrong date, I corrected him, and he confirmed the correct date and time. However, later reminder texts from the office showed 9:30 am—something I didn’t notice amid my busy schedule. When I arrived on Sept 10 at 10:08 am, I was told I’d missed my 9:30 appointment and asked to pay a $50 reschedule fee. Even after showing the receptionist the text exchange proving the original agreement, the dentist refused to waive the fee. This was especially disappointing considering I had referred both my husband and mother as new patients.
