Dionicio Alvarez

Dr. Alvarez has been my doctor for many years. I know I will wait when I go for my visit because he has always given me time during my visit. He takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed. Other doctors I see make me wait a long time and only spend 5 minutes with me.

Dr. Alvarez is a doctor who still takes his time with patients. He never acts rushed or annoyed by my questions or concerns.

Dr. Alvarez was mean and his bedside manner is unacceptable. Very dissappointed and felt attacked every time.

He's a very, very good doctor but the last time I was there, the wait was 4 hours!! Not 45 minutes..but 4 hours. It's ridiculous. The site says the average wait time is 5 minutes. Baloney! I sat from late afternoon (4 p.m.) until almost 8 p.m. before I left. He needs to revisit how he does that. His staff won't let you leave or you lose your place. They could at least offer to call you (after you check in) on your cell and say "Ok, you're going to be called in less than 30 minutes so be here! But making you wait 3 and half hours for a 15 minute appointment???
