I had first appointment of the day for GYN consultation. All the OB patients were seen before me and I was seen middle of the day. Staff didn't have reason this happened. In hospital, on my discharge day, she refused to come in to write the order. After 12 hours waiting, I walked out. Post-op appointment day, I was seen about 2 hours after my scheduled time so she could see her OB patients. Wish I could tell you how I spent 5 days in hospital after my simple procedure.

I been waiting 2 weeks to find out my date & time for my sonogram at John Hopkins and still haven’t heard anything. I called, left messages and even asked to speak to the nurse and she has returned my call nor came to the phone as of yet. This is unacceptable. I’m currently looking for a new doctor.

Worst office ever!!! Dionne is not compassionate, staff is not well trained nor disciplined,MA has a terrible disposition and doesn’t seem like she is capable to function in the workplace. When my PCP referred me to her, I thought she was going to be over the top phenomenal but when I got there, it was a total let down. I will definitely tell my PCP to NEVER refer anyone to this hellhole ever again because this place is worse than the free clinic.

Zero professionalism. The women who work here are constantly gossiping and loudly talking trash. It is no wonder she cant hold on to a reliable staff.

The doctor is ignorant and her MA needs to go back to school to learn how to give shots. She attempted to give me a B12 shot which goes in the muscle in my subcutaneous area. The doctor took 2 hours to come in the room to see me and only was there for 10 minutes because she had to go exercise and eat lunch. My concerns weren’t even addressed. Then she left out w/o giving me any instructions. I just left and will not be returning. She needs to be shut down!!!!
