Dr. Dionne Marie Rouselle, MD

Several years ago, I started experiencing pelvic pain between my periods. An ultrasound was performed, and the pain was attributed to one,very small fibroid. Years later, a pelvic MRI showed that I had stage four endometriosis. It was the endometriosis that had been causing the pain. My current doctor was appalled that Dr. Rouselle would make such an error. Please go elsewhere if you have pelvic pain as this disease can wreck irreversible havoc on your nonreproductive as well as reproductive organs. I am in severe pain every day and have a decreased ovarian reserve as a result of this illness that was misdiagnosed.

Dr Rouselle is the best. Have been seeing her for years and she explains everything whether this is your 1st time or 50th time with her. She doesn't rush and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend her to all my family and friends

I have been with Dr. Rousell for several years and have not had any bad experiences. I like the fact that she takes interest in you as a person and not just rush through your issue. She has always greeted me with a cheerful voice and smile. She helped me during my early menopause stage and follow through during my visits as to how I am dealing with things. She has been very knowledgable of many of the things that I had questions about. I would recommend her to others.

Sweet smart and caring but it was a tragedy whn she did not make it to my delivery and of all Doctors sent someone who could've stayed where ever they where during our wait for Rouselle replacement.

Dr Rouselle is a wonderful and sweet dr. She is very courteous to me when I was pregnant with my second child and she will answer any questions you may have. I would recommend her to anyone pregnant or looking for a new doctor.

I am pregnant and have been looking for the right doctor to fit my high expectations. I did some browsing online among many and came upon Dr Rouselles profile. I read her reviews and thought I would try her out. Well after having my first appointment with her I see why she has received such great reviews. Upon meeting she introduced herself in a very friendly and warm matter. This was not fake kindness. As she asked me questions regarding my pregnancy she always smiled and took the time to listen carefully to my responses. She is very knowledgeable and very passionate about her profession. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable in her presence whatsoever. She is beautiful on the inside and out. Not many people are like that these days, especially doctors who see many patients every day. She will definitely be my doctor for the remainder of my pregnancy. I had actually chosen to have my baby at Baptist but will be having my baby at Methodist because of how amazing Dr Rouselle is.

Dr. Rouselle took care of my prenatal visits. She thoroughly explained my issue of me being O- and the need for the rhogam shot. Also, when asked she told me a little bit about cord blood banking. On the day of my delivery everything went great until after my little boy was born. I had a big boy (8lbs15oz), so my uterus didn't contract back down on its own, which meant I kept bleeding. Dr. Rouselle remained calm and after 2 hours, which included another doc consultation with an ultrasound, uterus massaging, being pumped with drugs to induce contractions, my bleeding slowed to normal. I was close to having to get a blood transfusion, but thankfully didn't have to. During this time she also collected the umbilical cord so I could have the cord blood banked for my little boy. I am so grateful to have such a great doctor!

Back in 2003 Dr. Rouselle actually gave me a new beginning on life, while other Doctors was telling me that I could have children, Dr. Rouselle examine me one time dignosing the problem, fixed it and now I have an 8yr old son. I Thank God for Dr. Rouselle

Saw her yesterday. She is hands the down the ABSOLUTE BEST DOCTOR IN MEMPHIS! Love, love, love her. Her bedside manner is outstanding. Highly recommend Dr. Rouselle to anybody.

Dr. Rouselle is one of the best OB/GYn docs in MEmphis, TN. I love her
