My mother is a patient of Dr. Shah. He is very nice. He always takes time to listen. When I call his office for any concerns they are prompt when returning my calls.His office staff have always been very nice. I think he takes excellent care of my mother. I would highly recommend him.

Yes, he is accepting patients, but you will not get anywhere with him. Will not recommend him to anybody who is seriously ill.

I went to this appointment with Dr. Shah specifying that I wanted preventative care only...I specified while on site preventative care only. The billing for it was not preventative at all...Even the labs I specified needed to be preventive were not listed as that and instead he used another code other than what he could have. When I called to staff to discuss the matter the office manager Shelisa said well obviously this place may not be the right fit for you. She was extremely rude. The Dr. seemed a little rushed during the visit.

Dr Shah had me do an MRI for back pain after an accident. After eight days, someone, a nurse maybe, called me back. Said no broken bones, all okay, call back if any questions. Settled with insurance, but found I was unable to work because of the pain. Got copy of MRI report from the hospital, said disc had an annular tear and more. Had it verified by another doctor. Now I have no insurance, job or any way to get my problem fixed. Then he lies, tells hospital he talked to me after MRI & told me to make another appointment. The last time I talked to him was prior to having the MRI. Thank you, Dr. Shah, for screwing me over.

I would highly recommend Dr Dipen V Shah. Unfortunately after seeing him for over 2 years he no longer takes my insurance. I am very unhappy about this because I really liked Dr. Shah. He helped me through many medical problems.
