Dr. Dipesh Batra, MD

I called Community Health Choice to select Batra as my Son’s Primary Doctor because my Daughter is already a patient. None of the info the receptionist have that are working at the Bellaire location is updated. Nor do they mention that they take new patients but no same day appointments. This information WAS NOT provided over the phone. Poor Poor Poor Communication

It's too crowded with a long wait. There might be one or two different doctors who see patients per day. I think there also might be a nurse practioner on duty which is okay with me. But, I cannot stand the 1 hr to 2 hr wait. I might as well not make an appointment. Doctors are thorough and take their time. I can't complain about the staff. I have come early before and still take forever to see my son. And to make matters worse, this office is not close to home.
