Horrible doctor! Only cares about billing insurance for money! Money hungry person.

I don’t know about the clinic in Bossier, but I can say that the Jonesboro, La facility has been making a lot of mistakes making appointments and rescheduling once I come into the office and not apologizing. And when I come in thinking I’m having one procedure ran, they will do everything from taking blood, to xrays, ct scan, ekg, all of this certainly isn’t called for repeatedly. The different departments are not communicating with one another...then the patient is blamed for coming in for a scheduled appointment that should not have been made!!!(I’m done)

I also was refused my medical records I was told that the lady handling it would call me back the following Monday that has been two and a half months ago they are not only deceitful they deceive Medicaid I was told that if I did not take certain procedures every time that I came in my Medicaid would not pay for it nor was I allowed to get my pain meds which at the time I was under doctor's care for them. Two years I went there multiple x-rays never once did they tell me that the reason for my pain was because my back had a completely crushed discs in it. I finally got to a doctor at LSU who took care of it. Every time that I have gone to the emergency room they ask me who I have gone to and I tell them doctor rainwater's office they tell me thank God you're not going there no more enough said well I have an attorney to and if they don't hurry up and give me my medical records it'll not only be the attorney but state of Louisiana because that is against the HIPAA law maybe they forgot… that.

They hide behind Christianity and I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I saw a different provider every time I stepped through the door during very serious health problems and was treated as a number. When I asked to speak to Dr. Rainwater, the “head administrator”, not only was I threatened with an attorney, but I was hung up on. Why they need an attorney on staff??? Probably means they are sued or scared of being sued. I have never in my life been to a Doctors office that has a staff attorney. I can’t get my own medical records, was threatened with a lawyer and told I couldn’t speak to the man whose name is on my prescriptions. They did not submit my referrals and have me on 16 medications that aren’t supposed to be taken together, but I can’t get answers. I have been caught in a house fire before and have 3rd degree burns, I’d rather walk back into that fire than walk through those doors again.

Rainwater used to be a great doctor who truly cared about his patients but he has now become a very greedy business man who cares nothing about his patients needs and health, it's all money and how much he can make off of you. It's so sad to see his caring ways over taken by greed.

Staff is great ,Dr Rainwater isn't the same man he was since he got greedy. Dr.P is the WORST doctor I've ever had to see, Dr P is going to end up getting Rainwater sued.

This guy takes blood and then sends for all kinds of high-dollar obscure test that I did not authorize. I am a male and he tested my female hormone levels. He did an experimental test that the insurance company wouldn't even pay for and many more obscure test that I never authorized nor would I authorize. Yet his bill collectors keep calling and calling and calling for the last two and a half years trying to get paid. My insurance company has even got on the phone with him and pretty much told them to not send me any more bills and they still send me bills about every 6 months. Run as far and as fast as you can away from this con artist.

All of my family can be treated at one time! Very thorough. Even called to follow up on our lab and x-ray results. All questions answered. Highly recommend!

Avoid

I had an excellent experience on my first visit to this office. I got all of my questions answered, went through the testing that they recommended, and started the treatments that were advised. I have been to four additional follow-up appointments over the last several months. Each time I feel that my care has been excellent. I am getting healthier each day and feeling more like a normal person again. The front office staff is kind and efficient. I've had the same nurse three of the five times that I have been, and she is EXCELLENT!!! On the other two visits I had different nurses each time, which were both very good. The lab girl was great, and the x-ray tech was also great. I have no complaints and am so very glad I found this place.
