Came in to ED for chest pain and shortness of breath because the PA at the urgent INSISTED that I did. When the ekg came out Dr. Schrader skimmed it and said it was normal, then I guess he put it through a computer and it said I had short PR with a WPW diagnosis. He proceeded to tell me everything was fine with labs and chest x ray and to contact my psychiatrist. Then told me “hey, you might want to make an appointment with the cardiologist here, but it’s probably overkill.” I contacted my preferred cardiologist who said that this is absolutely not overkill and the WPW needs to be dealt with. Go see him if you want to be gaslit. My pulse was not high, nor did I have anxiety when they did these tests. I couldn’t have been more calm, so I don’t know why an ekg would read like that otherwise. And 4 days later, chest pain and shortness of breath is still here.

Dr schrader saved my life. Best ER doc i’ve ever encountered !!!!!

Went emergency room due to severe pain from a growth in leg. Was told it was a cyst and "there was nothing" he could do for me. Turns out it was an aneurysm cause by a severe blood clot in several veins in my leg. He did zero testing to confirm his diagnosis which ended up being quite serious. Very uncaring and negligent.

I have seen Dr Schrader several times, and I find him to be cold and uncaring. He is not the kind of Dr that I want in an emergency situation.
