Dr. Divina Lucas Roman, MD

Spends too much time talking about what she wants rather than asking the appropriate questions .Yes, she spends a lot of time with each patient but many times I left feeling like I didn't get a chance to ask the questions I needed to or satisfactory answers. Many times there were tests she should've run but didn't. It was only after I found another doctor that some of my health issues were discovered. I was very disappointed .

DR ROMAN IS A STRAIGHT FORWARD DR. WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF HER PATIENTS WELL BEING. YOUR NOT JUST A CHART NUMBER YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING. WE NEED MORE LIKE HER AND HER STAFF. THANKS DR. RAMON

Dr. Roman is one of the best Doctors I've attened in my 65 yrs of life, believe me, on one hand I can't count the number of caring doctor's! She went into care, which I can no longer have access to her Doctoring. Must I become an Indigent to see her once again? What I am basing her Professional Care on is when I had access to her! What I MUST POINT OUT is that when Dr Roman had you in the Examination room, she did not rush through her time with you, and why one had to wait to see her! Sorry, I can't take that away from her, for she is ONE GREAT WONDERFUL DOCTOR, LORD knows I wish there were many around like her! I LOVE YOU Dr. Roman, and miss you something awful! I WANT YOU BACK!!!!

Dr. Roman is great when you are actually in the exam room with her. But if you have to give a urine sample to test for infection, she won't give you your results even if they are positive. YOU must call frequently to get them. It can get bad if you've waited a week before going to the doc, and then you don't get your results until a week after the test, that infection has had two weeks to grow! If it's important, and you need to wait for results, YOU stay on top of it and call that office often, because they won't get back to you unless you do!

If one is looking for a Dr that will treat you like cattle in an assembly line, well U better find another Dr, for Dr. Roman treats U like a human being with issues and EXPLAINS ur condition to U! This takes time, whereas other Drs I've been thru, won't take the time unless they are FORCED, then give U short answers that does not explain ANYTHING about ur condition or issue! They truly prefer NOT to answer, or NOT qualified to answer, or is SPEEDING thru to see the next patient. Dr Roman KNOWS her pratice, and is VERY thorough. Yes, U may/will spend time waiting to see her and its only because she is giving the patient she is seeing, the care and attention one DESERVES!

Longest wait I've ever had. I don't have time to keep her as my doc. Very disappointed and bored.

Dr. Roman is a very caring and thorough doctor. I really have no issues with her as a physician.The main issues I have are with having to wait so long in the lobby for my appointments and also when I call the office it takes so long for the nurse to call me back. I work full time and cannot be gone over 2 hours for a simple appointment. And if I could call in and discuss my health issues promply I wouldn't have to make an appointment everytime.
