This practice milks insurance and patients. I recently contracted COVID and contacted this office on a Friday. I was told the next available with Dr. Rao was in 2 weeks and the next televisit with Amanda Evans was Monday (both of which are unacceptable. In a later conversation with the clinical coordinator (LeeAnne) I was told my initial call was not logged correctly. I was subsequently charged (as well as insurance) for a call that was unnecessary. The office failed and charged me for it.

Seems smart, nice enough, but never really touches my body during a check-up, which I find very strange. I like women doctors due to their caring nature, but maybe she's uncomfortable touching a man's body? If so, probably should have considered a different field. Also, charges from this office have not always been accurate, they tend to overcharge.

Very bright; very pleasant and personable.
