Compassionate doctor. He takes the time that is needed according to the need of his patients

I was in the Hospital for Serotonin Syndrome that almost caused Me to have a Heart Attack. It was a toxic accumulation of prescribed Medicines that Dr Joshi failed to find. Thanks to the Great Staff at Sherman Hospital that saved My life. Be fore warned

Dr. Joshi is a wonderful doctor very caring and compassionate and knowledgable. His staff on the other hand are rude, and not competent. They do not return phone calls or send orders out in a timely fashion. Everytime we need test done it is big hassle with numerous phone calls to get the orders process by his staff.

Great Doctor worth the wait, but if you don't get his assistant the office staff does not return calls the same day, so make sure you follow up with them. Some of them are not very professional.

The dr is very caring.

Very caring and thorough, Dr knows his patients by name and treats them as an individual. Staff courteous and friendly. As previously stated, you will have to wait, but is worth the wait for professional, caring and accurate medical care

The concern I have is with the office staff. I have called 3 times to speak to the doctor and the message never got to Dr Joshi. When the office staff doesn't follow-up correctly with phone calls or inner office communication that affects the doctor's practice. Patients will not go back to see the doctor if they do not like the office staff.

I dont think that the last comment is correct whatsoever, the staff is probably the most hard working staff ni the whole building, The male worker is young and only 18 and doing stuff that a nurse would be doing for 25 years, the job consists of alot of things to do and sometimes things are forgotten, its not a job where you sit around a desk and do absolutely nothing. It would be difficult for you, the ladies are so professional because they have worked here much longer and have the flow of things. If you had such a problem you should have went to him about it and confronted him. I believe that this doctor is absolutely amazing
