Dr. Dixitkumar Navinchand Modi, MD

Seeing a visible office, I went Thu for few health concern, asked if I can see Dr, front desk told me he will, gave me papers to complete, took my DL/Federal Insurance, when she saw "I am U.S. Fed Gov't retiree, I have I.D. theft, protect my records", ran inside, heard words " you know what I mean", 2 Hrs of wait, Modi "hello young lady" took me in from right, walked me to left end of the hallway to exit, told front desk make Appt. Mon 2:30, vitals checked , she left door open, waited in room until 4pm, Modi showed up with young male, said "medical student" will record my concern, see me later, was almost end of business, Modi walked in, multiple papers in his hand, told me " get tests done, referral to Drs", did not examine me at all, told me come back A.M. for blood tests, his nurse left, he ordered prohibited radiology tests, I asked front desk, "you do blood tests here?", she told me, "no, they send to Quest" I did not go back- has no desire to do so, very disrespectful!"

I took a covid test after coming down with symptoms like my husband. My husband has a different PCP and he was able to be telechecked and prescribed antibiotics. I called my PCP Dr Modi at 8:55 am and gave them all the information I had and was told he would call me back. At 1:41 I called back to see why I haven't be called only to be told he calls his patients after he views his last patient of the day. I have covid. This should not be acceptable behavior for my PCP..

I absolutely love this guy!! He actually takes the time to explain test results thoroughly and answer any questions or concerns you may have. He has excellent bedside manners, very knowledgeable and helpful. He's the only doctor I've ever dealt with, who will actually take the time to call you himself with certain test results or respond to questions you leave with his staff, when you call the office!!!! The facility is always clean, and the staff is amazing, too!! All I can say at this point is so far, so good!!! I'm very happy with my choice!!
