Summary
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor here in Austin, and I help adults young and old with a wide variety of things. I specialize in helping folks who’ve been through really awful stuff, often using the first line and mostly highly regarded trauma treatment there is, called EMDR. This includes more complicated stuff, like dissociative disorders, as well as issues around faith and religion.I love cats, guitar-based music, nature, pizza, independent film and books. My sister says the default genre of books I like is Boring, but I like to think at least a few have helped me help folks like you. I have been helping folks with chronic, complex trauma and dissociative disorders since 2013 (licensed in 2016).
