Dr Dixon Santana

Rating: 5/5 Stars (10 if I could!) I am a professional guitar player, and my career was in serious peril due to a functioning fistula I had from my time on dialysis 10 to 12 years ago. It had started to go seriously bad, puffing up to the point where it was cutting off my circulation and making guitar playing impossible. I honestly thought it was a lost cause and couldn't imagine what could be done. I was recommended to Dr. Dixon Santana in Lubbock, Texas, and I realized right from the get-go that he knew everything there is to know about this procedure. I felt a level of expertise from him that I haven't felt from other surgeons in a long time. Furthermore, nurse Kim and Dr. Santana's entire staff provided a high order of professional care that made the entire process seamless and reassuring. It is clear that this is a team dedicated to excellence, and I truly appreciate the high standard they maintain. Sure enough, Dr. Dixon Santana corrected the situation. If I could put a solid… 10 Stars, I would. I am so grateful. I will always be grateful to Dr. Santana for his work.

I would recommend Dr. Santana to anyone. I believe he is a talented surgeon, blessed by God with the magical touch in his hands.

Dr Santana is a outstanding surgeon and vascular surgeon. He is knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I highly recommend him.

This dr is a joke!!! He shows up for consults and surgeries when he pleases and cancels at his convenience. I would never take my family to see him again!!!

I really like and respect Dr. Santana. I think he is very professional and informed about his specialty. This is a teaching hospital and you have to remember they bring students with them and "educate" them.
