Dr. Tokar was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. His expertise to remove my tooth was great. I did not feel a thing. He is excellent.

My procedure was supposed to be complicated, according to my General Dentist. I was very anxious but Dr. Tokar put me at ease and performed the procedure fast and with no complications. I visited the office for the second time to remove my final set of wisdom teeth. Dr. Laor told me she would submit the prescriptions and left before doing so. I checked to ensure the prescriptions were submitted and learned that they weren't. When I followed up I was only prescribed the medication to avoid infection. I was in terrible pain and had to call back the following day to get the pain meds. The woman at the desk kept telling me all I needed was ibuprofen, which I knew wasn't true. I was very dissatisfied with their care. Who sends a patient off without a prescription for pain meds??? Thankfully, all of my wisdom teeth are now removed but I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Great experience with the doctor who is a true professional and a very nice and caring person. However, when I am giving a rate and have to take in consideration the communication with the office staff which was awful. The front desk lady is rude and argues with patients and even the doctor! She adds unnecessary stress to overall patients' experience. Highly unprofessional and scares potential patients away. Doctor should fire her as soon as possible or he'll lose his business over her terrible behaviour.

They couldn't get some information from my insurance company. Might not even be their fault, but the one who called there was behaving like a poster spoiled brat, very nervous and annoyed, totally inappropriate, while another one in a hysterical rude manner told me to take care about my insurance company before wasting their time again. Utterly unprofessional and plain disgusting. Doctor looks a good professional (it didn't go beyond consultation) but his staff is totally untied.

Dr. Tokar is an OK specialist. Not bad. However, he is supervising the rudest and the least caring office staff I've ever seen. And this is not an overstatement, rather understating the frustration I had with his staff. They refused to make an call to insurance company and simply said that my wife has no insurance which was incorrect. They refused to speak with me to get an explanation... and all that with doctor present and smiling. And all that after my wife spent 3 hours and $25 driving from New Jersey. She left the office without receiving treatment very upset and frustrated. Remember - you've been warned.
