Dr. Dmitri Kovalev, MD

I’m extremely grateful to have found Dr. Dmitri Kovalev. From my very first appointment, he treated me with patience, respect, and genuine compassion. He took the time to listen to my full story without rushing me, and he made me feel safe opening up about symptoms and experiences I’ve struggled with for years. What stood out most is how thoroughly he explains everything including my test results, specific medications, and etc. Making medication adjustments he believes is best for my specific case. Another thing that also stood out to me is that he doesn’t speak at me; he speaks to me. He makes sure I understand each step before moving forward and he welcomes my questions with patience. I left every appointment feeling heard, supported, and more confident in my care. He helped me find clarity after a long, difficult journey seeking answers and his calm, grounded energy has made a huge difference in my anxiety around my condition. His staff is kind, the office is organized, and wait… times are reasonable. But Dr. Kovalev himself is truly the standout. Knowledgeable, attentive, passionate, and sincerely dedicated to his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist who is meticulous, compassionate, and truly invested in helping you heal.

I brought some older records with me, which the nurse had copied so the doctor could go over them. I was surprised he was able to do this. It was helpful. It explained much of past treatment issues. And he explained how past issues had affected my treatment. I'm currently doing well with the treatment I'm on.

Once again, Dr. Kovalev was very considerate and caring. He took his time with me and explained things well. He even went so far as to show me the location of my next doctor's appointment at an office I hadn't been to - he clearly showed me where it was. He listened to my concern and ordered a follow-up test for two days after my appointment. I greatly appreciate the time he spent with me and the way he made sure that I understood everything.

Good Experience

Dr Kovakev was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining his diagnosis, even though my wife's condition was not his area of expertise. We learned a lot from him and he was very cordial. He is an excellent doctor and system is fortunate to have him.
