Dr Souza was polite, friendly, and it was very clear that he cares for his patients, going above and beyond in all standards of treatment.

I was suffering from severe back and leg pain. I met with Dr. Souza. He was very kind and understanding. We discussed the options which were available to me. He scheduled my agreed upon procedure in a timely manner and I experienced immediate results. Although not a complete recovery we agreed on a continued plan of care including medications, water therapy and physical exercise. He made it clear that the healing process was going to entail a year long process which I must be committed to doing. He met with me at regular intervals to assess my progress. I understand now what my responsibilities are for maintaining a strong set of core muscles to minimize future issues. He is truly a first rate pain specialist. He cares about his patients and has a wonderful surgery room manner along with his staff.

Dr. Dmitri has been treating me for 8yrs,. I have chronic pain due to problems/injuries that incurred over 40yrs of strenuous, physical labor. He has been patient, understanding, and compassionate. I have improved mobility since being in his care, and he has kept my pain levels at a degree that enables me to live a life that 8yrs ago, didn’t seem possible. Why was my review removed? I'm a real long term chronic pain patient who is part of the too little to late when most doctors have started to realize they have been mistreating chronic pain patients. I went from getting real relief with meds that worked for my chronic pain, to being forced meds that don't work. Given that I have never self medicated and stuck to the plan, it should be well known I only want a quality of life and am not pill seeking. Be real, you're afraid to treat chronic pain patients instead of fighting for us and patients rights. I'm not a child, and know what works, and am being fed stuff that makes me just be and not be able to live life. The CDC has recently back tracked stating maybe chronic pain patients do need stronger meds, but you're still slapping a sub par patch on us, and doing expensive procedures that don't work. Don't let drug addicts dictate how you treat people that need your help. Not leaving my real name out of fear of retaliation.....

Dr. Souza is the best. He is the most attentive, caring and extremely knowledgable and the doctor you could only wish for. Dr. Souza truly cares about his patients, takes his time to listen, understand and answer all the questions and concerns. He takes time to explain the condition and various options and treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Souza.

After 20 yrs of chronic pain and meds I found Dr. Souza. He listens, really seeks to understand you and work with you and gives you many options. I feel better than ever without relying on opioids. It’s not a dream, you can feel better! So grateful for him.
