The Staff Dr Schusters Nurses and of course Dr Schuster!!...Everyone is so freindly and so caring!!they all make you feel so welcomed and they listen to why you are there!!Dr Schuster is a amazing dr!!I actually told a few freinds about him!!he's caring he sits down with you and really really listens to what problems you are having!!,you are not just a number with him you are a person!!he spends the time to listen to you and then at the end he discusses a plan of action and treatment!!hrs a Dr that you can talk to without feeling like you are complaining!!in fact he referred me to a ruematologist which I someone I have really needed to see!!,and I got right in!!if you are looking for a great Dr who specializes I Gastroenterology go see Dr Shuster this man is on top of it!!!he's truly a angel to me !!thank you to Dr Schuster and all the staff for taking good care of me ??????

He was recommended for a second opinion about my colon polyp. I was told I needed surgery but my primary care doc told me to see Schuster. He was really direct and told me he would try and take out the polyp without surgery. I’ve had 2 procedures and my polyp is gone without any operation. He’s really good.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this doc. He was able to remove a colon polyp that two other doctors told me needed to come out with surgery. He did it in the hospital and it took “a long time” but I’ve now had two colonoscopies and the polyp is gone. Highly recommend him to my family and friends.

He’s busy so it’s a bit hard to get in but it’s worth waiting for a good one. My NP recommended him and she’s right. He’s really thoughtful and did a great job with my procedure. He always talks about research so I think he reads and studies a lot which I like. He’s also on tumor board which I read is important.

Dr. Schuster was recommended after he took care of my primary doctor. All the glowing reviews are correct. He’s very thorough and somewhat direct but he cares deeply for his patients and is a very skilled surgeon. He saved my dad’s life. Strongly recommend him. Also his staff is really nice and good.

I had a cyst in my pancreas and it was in a tough location. Dr Schuster biopsied this area and found out it was negative for any cancer. He’s thoughtful and very caring. The nurses and doctors in the area go to him so that says a lot.

Dr. Shuster moved to the area in 2017 and already has a reputation as one of the best doctors in the area. My primary care doctor goes to him for his care. He’s smart, funny, sarcastic, and skilled. He does all kinds of procedures but also likes thinking and problem solving—something that is rare to find. He treats my entire family and we’ve recommended many of our friends to see them for their screening colonoscopy and other medical problems.

Dr. Schuster was highly recommended by other GI docs in the area to treat my dad. He is compassionate, skilled, and very personable. Would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

When other doctors go to him you know he’s good. He does not just colon procedures but also stomach procedures and liver. He diagnosed a small cyst on my pancreas which was actually cancer and I got surgery which saved my life. My whole family goes to him and my primary doc said he’s the best in springfield.
