Best Dr. ever. We need more caring physicians like Dr. Lent

Dr Lent made me feel as if she did not care about me. She was Completely detached from the process of treating me. I hope I never see her again.

Should not be practicing as a doctor, she is rude, doesn't listen and basically doesn't believe you. Cannot believe they replaced a great doctor who retired with this. She also talks about her ailments instead of concentrating on my time. Heard she might be leaving, that would be the best for capital family medicine!

Dr. Lent was extremely interested. I found that she listened and gave considered answers. I was totally satisfied with her professional approach of presenting the options and listening wo my concerns.

I have switched primary care providers to Dr. Dolly Lent in search of someone who can actually engage in and care for my medical needs. I come from a fairly complex family history, so having a knowledgeable and research oriented physician is critical to my medical needs. If Dr. Lent does not have the proper knowledge she is unabashed at admitting it and scheduling me for a specialist appointment for further evaluation. In all cases I was pleased with the continuance of care and the quality of service from her office staff. I would recommend any professional looking for a solid doctor for their needs consider Dr. Lent for their primary care physician.

I love Dr Lent because she takes time to listen, and is open to medical treatment that is based upon the goal of optimum health. She thinks outside the box, if that is what will solve the problem. She is interested in the value of nutrition, also.

The first appointment was great, she acted very caring and professional. Today however she was nasty , short, belittled my elderly mom. Basically called her a liar and a junkie because with the cold wet weather here, my mom from warm dry Arizona has been experiencing deep arthritic pain. Hmm she was nasty and made my elderly mom feel horrible even after we explained this to her, she says' oh it just suddenly came on and now you want pills' grr, that's the last thing my mom wants is pills, just help. I was really embarrassed for her and that's a horrible way to treat a 77 year old patient.

I have never come in contact with a more rude physician. I work in the medical field as well, and this woman was unprofessional, unkind, displayed no compassion, and should not be in practice.

She has memory related issues. She sent me to a specialist and could not remember the specialist name. She scheduled me for a follow up appointment which she could not remember. I show up and she not once remembered why I was actually there. She is somewhat pusy and condescending. Will be looking for a new doctor who cares and know how to talk to their patients.

Horrible treatment by this woman. Very rude, absolutely will not listen. She would not treat me for anything her predecessor was treating me for, and clearly has very limited medical knowledge for one whom is a "licensed medical doctor". Simply seemed not to care for my overall personal health OR well being. Be very wary! A doctor who speaks as badly about the office staff and nursing staff is this woman done, has huge personal problems. Very unprofessional!
