Dr. Dolores Nava-Mosquera, MD

5/5 STARS for AM-Care. Currently I have been a resident six years, seven months & ten days. This immaculate, remarkable and incredible doctor, psychologist/ psychiatrist, and her nurses are a healthy remedy and healing cure in themselves. Always they have visited us thirty miles from there.

I used to love seeing Mosquera, until I figured out why it took weeks to get authorizations for diagnostic tests and the office wasnt opening until well beyond stated hours. Not only is her "nurse" not a nurse, nor is she an MA or CNA, she is Mosqueras daughter and the "receptionist" is her son in law. There is no qualifications in that office. Mosquera is so forgetful she has asked me 3 times in one visit where I had my labs done and, when I needed a BP med refill and told her 3 100mg a day was too much, she said she never prescribed 3 a day! I had to take the bottle in to show her daughter so she could notate my records! Mosquera has become rude and non caring. Sometimes it's just best to retire, for the lives and health of your patients!

Dr. Mosquera was great. I would recommend her to my friends and family. She sits with you and actually talks with you. I liked the staff. They were helpful.

Very friendly and very helpful and has been very accommodating to my needs. She has taken the time to discuss my issues and takes time to talk when I have questions. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Her office is WAY out dated. They do NOT take a credit card. It's cash or check only. The Dr. actually complained about my insurance and her follow through is a joke! Left me a message indicating she as calling in a refill, but denied the refill to the pharmacy leaving me for day without Blood Pressure Medication. Then they just didn't come into the office on the following Monday. Really just a unprofessional practice!

My appointment was on time and she spent adequate time to get to know me as a patient. She was very friendly, as was her entire staff. I recently moved to the area and needed a Dr. fast for an illness; I was able to get an appointment within reasonable time. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a doctor with old fashioned principles who sets aside time to get to know her patients and make it a positive experience.

I was just in not to long ago to see Dr. Mosquera. I've been with her for several years now and each time I have enjoyed my visit. The staff as always is helpful and nice. I love my doctor, because she will actually sit with you and listen to your concerns. I used to be with a bigger group, which will remain nameless, and they were a headache. I will leave it at that. I would recommend Dr. Mosquera to anyone. If you like quality medical care, then she's someone I would recommend.

Easy to make an appointment, normal long waiting time once at office like any other doctor's office. Staff seems friendly, the doctor herself is another story- very rude and unprofessional. You need to double check what she wrote the prescription out for or test for because she is very scatterbrained and for me personally on 2 occasions it was very wrong. She can also be extremely rude, unprofessional and say very inappropriate things and not take you seriously. I would avoid this doctor and go elsewhere. The office itself is rather run down and inside has not been updated since it probably first opened. This would not even be an issue if she paid attention and wasn't extremely rude.
