Dr. Domenico Alessandro Leuci, MD

There is not a doctor anywhere I trust more than Dr. Leuci. Dr. Leuci has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer my thousands of questions. He has advocated for me more times than I can count. I wish I would have found him before I had my babies, but now I will never leave! ?? I’m a labor and delivery nurse and have worked with many doctors, including Dr. Leuci. I had the honor of working alongside of him for many years, and am also a current patient myself. There’s so much to be said about this doctor, but some of my favorite things are as follows… He allows his patients to labor and does not call c-sections bc he’d be inconvenienced otherwise. He is honest and upfront with his patients, which is rare anymore. He advocates for his patients which is one of my favorite things about him… even when he doesn’t ?? agree… he listens and has good perspective. His patients were always comfortable with him, and he made deliveries a whole lot less scary because of his… confidence and personality. I always loved doing deliveries with Dr. Leuci because even if there was concerns to be had with a delivery, I felt confident that he would know what to do and would direct the rest of us accordingly… and he always did. Anyways, I send all my friends to him, and they all love him. Thanks for being one of the good ones Dr.Leuci!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Leuci for 10 years. He has been a wonderful doctor and always listens to me and answers any questions I have. His staff is very friendly too.

I personally didn't want to see a male ob/gyn, but after another ob/gyn told me that Dr. Leuci was one of the best, I made the appointment. That was over 12 yrs ago! Now I have brought 2 of my daughters to him and he has delivered 2 of my granddaughters! He is professional and has a great bedside manner. His staff, especially Monica have always been beyond amazing and accommodating to myself and my family. I would definitely recommend Greater Binghamton OBGYN, and Dr. Leuci to anyone!

Dr leuci is an incredibly amazing doctor whi makes each of his paitents feel safe and comfortable. I've trusted him with the birth of all 3 of my children and he's "delivered" in all ways each time!!! I couldn't ask for a more attentive doctor and office staff they are extremely professional and personal. They truly care about every single patient no matter what walk of life your at.

Very happy with my experience with Dr Leuci. I had a difficult pregnancy and his care was wonderful. He explained things so clearly and made me and my family so comfortable. Highly recommend

I did not have a good experience with this doctor. He portrays an attitude of knowing everything and not listening because "he is the doctor and you are the patient." I found his bedside manner at the birth of my DD to be rude as well, paying attention to his cell phone, not very supportive or comforting. He also will NOT give you the courtesy of getting on the phone with you if you call his office with a question or concern... he will depend on his secretary to relay messages every time. His office staff are great, but I do not recommend this doctor.

He is a great dr and we will be using him for the delivery for the rest of our children.. The best of best drs.. he does have his own sense of sarcasim and sometimes its miss understood.. but overall he is wonderful and his staff is great as well.. Very caring and just wants to see the best for his paitents

I have been seeing Dr Leuci as my primary OBGYN for almost 6 years now. He and his staff have always treated me respectfully throughout all of my pregnancies and ongoing care. I have never had to wait longer than hour past my scheduled appointment time, and even then Dr Leuci had apologized for the delay that was due to some other patients complications. Dr Leuci and his staff are very professional and experienced at dealing with difficulties and complications while displaying the utmost confidentiality and sincerity at the same time. After two successful pregnancies, I had suffered a miscarriage earlier this year. He was able to re-arrange his schedule to immediately accommodate my emergency. Although my husband was unable to be present, Dr Leuci and his staff remained by my side and comforted me during the entire procedure. I have never had an instance where Dr Leuci tried to impose his own medical beliefs or birthing theories upon me. In fact, he is understanding and… gracious regarding my minimal testing and minimal needles belief. For my second pregnancy and my current pregnancy, I have declined the glucose test due to our agreement that I am just not at risk for gestational diabetes. I am absolutely positive that if a womans pregnancy is at any way at risk, he would make the appropriate recommendations for additional testing and/or specialist referrals.Let me conclude by saying that Dr Leuci has always been not only professional in practice, but also very gentle and compassionate with all of my OBGYN needs. He is highly recommended among myself and many of my friends.
