They charge me $70 for a follow up phone call to tell me my blood results. Insurance does not cover this. They do not tell you this. Very unprofessional.

Please don’t have them call you to tell you your results. That 30 second call is a telephone eval which cost $70! Insurance won’t cover! Within 1 month debt collectors were calling me threatening me all for a check up. Save your self the paint that comes after your visit. Secondly the visit was so rush it was all to make money and get you out the door

I visited Dr. Domenico Rotoli for my yearly health checkup back in Sept 11 2019, he order some blood works.(This visit is completely covered per my insurance plan). And since then I am getting bill from LabCorp for some of the blood works that was done. LabCorp and my insurance company say some of the blood works were sent with experimental code and insurance does not cover it so I will have to take care of it. My insurance is asking for a medical explanation or a change of code for the blood work. I keep calling the doctor's office to send a medical explanation to the insurance company or change the code under which the test was ordered. All I get is dates and different excuses every time I call, "yes we will update the code and get back you", "we need to talk to doctor and inform you" , "the codes we sent out are not experimental, you should talk to your insurance", "we don't send medical explanations". The same episode happened with my wife and I had gone back and forth with them to… get it resolved. Due to this LabCorp posted a derogatory comment against my credit which caused a steep decline in my credit score. I think the office should respect and value their patients' time too. I am regretting my visit.
