"Doctor" Belmonte should not even be practicing in NY. NY tried to ban this guy. Do not do any business with this man. He is a liar and is completely incompetent.

Watch out for this guy. He acts like he is sympathetic to workers, but is really an insurance company advocate and will reduce benefits without all availed data.

I went in to my appointment with Dr. Belmonte thinking he was going to try to combat my own doctors diagnosis that required suregery, being that he was the independant medical examiner for the workers compensation company I had been battling with for weeks already. However, I was happily suprised by his attention to detail and the care he took in assessing the situation. He ended up agreeing with my doctors diagnosis and ultimately enabled the surgery to be scheduled. I believe he did a great job considering the circumstances.
