This guy is rude, mean, and doesnt care about you. He shouldnt be working with people, if he doesnt see a professional him self he should start. if i could give him zero stars i would. He has left the door open while i had appoinment's with him. Hes picked up calls while he was talking to me has no consideration for anyone. stupid guy, i dont know how he even became a doctor.

He insisted on sending in my prescriptions electronically. Then when I went to the pharmacy there was no prescription waiting for me to pick up. I called him and he said he forgot to send it. Its been three days now, of me calling him every day multiple times and he STILL has not sent my prescription and asked me "why are you pushing me so much?" I told him it is because I've gone without my medicine for over a week now and I paid for it and he is only not calling it in because he doesn't feel like driving to the office (his words). When you do go in for your visit expect to sit about an hour past your appointment time, at least. Then they have terrible history of your payments and will try to charge you extra later saying that you didn't pay enough the time before. Its ridiculous. Way more hassle than its worth.

Dr. Joseph takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable about the various medications that would work for me. He has always been very respectful and courteous.

Very poor bedside manner and customer service; does not care about patients; over medicates; is not available for emergencies; extremely long waiting period; disorganized office

I have been Dr. Joseph's patient since, 2004. He is a busy doctor, but never forgets a patient, nor fails at insuring medication is right for you as an individual. :) The wait room process may be "LONG", as most pschiatrist office's are overwhelmed with patients. The care and treatment Dr. Joseph provides is time worthy.

Intelligent & well spoken. I appreciate that he converses at a high level without dumbing down the conversation - I do not feel as though he speaks down to me. If I need further explanation regarding something he says, I am always comfortable in requesting clarification. (Unintentionally, I am sure, many Doctors automatically talk down to patients - I like that he does not).
