We have been with Dr. Mazzocchi for at least 30 years would never change to another. Always prompt on appointments and the staff are all friendly no problems ever.

This is the most unprofessional office I've ever dealth with. They never answer the phone. They didn't show up for my first appointment and didn't even apologize when I finally was able to get a person on the phone to reschedule. They incorrectly coded my paperwork 3 months ago and have yet to fix it, so now I'm stuck with a bill ready to go to collections unless I pay it. The doctor has yet to return a call I made to him a week ago about my step-son and his treatment recommendation. We will never go there again.
