Dominica Hadley, PA-C

Dominica “Nika” Hadley, MPAS, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant at Frontier Internal Medicine, providing comprehensive, evidence-based primary care with a strong focus on prevention, education and shared decision-making.
Nika graduated from the Mayo Clinic Physician Assistant Program at the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. During her training and clinical practice at Mayo Clinic, she worked within a shared patient panel model alongside two geriatricians, which strengthened her expertise in managing chronic health conditions — particularly in older adult populations. She brings a thoughtful, thorough approach to caring for patients with complex and long-term medical needs.
Nika’s philosophy of care centers on patient partnership and empowerment. She prioritizes clear education so patients understand their health and feel confident participating in care decisions. As a primary care provider, she places high value on preventive care and wellness, …emphasizing nutrition, physical activity and sustainable lifestyle choices. With an undergraduate background in both biological sciences and psychology from the University of Denver, she is well equipped to address both physical and mental health concerns. She also has additional training in dermatology, including dermoscopy, allowing for more detailed evaluation and treatment of skin conditions.
Originally from Minnesota, Nika moved to Colorado after meeting her husband while attending college in Denver. After returning to Minnesota for graduate school and working at Mayo Clinic, they are thrilled to be settling back in Colorado with their two dogs. Outside of work, Nika enjoys skiing, yoga, weightlifting, running, reading, baking, cheering on the Nuggets and Broncos and is currently learning to knit. She is grateful for the opportunity to care for patients in the Longmont community and looks forward to meeting you.
