3 appointment and 2 different prescriptions later and I still have eye strain. I have been having vision issues ever since I got my new prescription at this office. Since then I have had 2 following appointments in the first one I was given a new prescription and not billed for the appointment but had to get a new pair of glasses this time I was told my issue can be due to dry eyes and my prescription was slightly different. It was suggested that I try to treat the dry eyes and that would help with my eye strain. The funny thing is I put on my pair of glasses from my last doctor and I don't have any eye strain. I'm not sure if this is incompetence or plain malpractice.

Five star rating (with limo service if you need it) taking you to River Drive Surgery and Laser Center. You are greeted with a great staff of people that care about your needs. Everyone there makes you feel special. Dr Benedetto is an excellent surgeon. You will not be disappointed!!

An appointment was given to me promptly for an urgent problem. Diagnosis was explained and demonstrated with drawings. Phone follow-up in several days was helpful and the return visit assured future planning for care. Every doctor should be this responsive to the patient's physical needs and desire to understand the problem at hand. Too, the staff is equally responsive, particularly sensitive to an urgent patient need.
