Dr. Dominique Wilmot Allen, MD

First, my family (my wife and I) highly recommend Dr. Dominique Allen and GBMC. Dr. Allen is GBMC's and Capital Women's Ace! Dr. Allen treated my wife during her 2nd pregnancy with such exceptional professionalism balanced with the utmost care and empathy. She delivered our daughter and today, she's a healthy and active toddler. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and above all, caringly Candid with patient. She will tell your her honest advice, and yet trust and respect in your decisions. We've gone as far as changing insurance policies to make sure we get the opportunity to work with her again. See, this life nothing is guarranteed, but my sincere belief is that you seek the most qualified professional you can have who is honest with you and can balance that professionalism with care, compassion and empathy. WIth that said, we highly recommend Dr. Allen.

Dr. Allen is a wonderful GYN. I have gone to her for many years and intend to continue. She is the ideal mix one hopes for in a doctor: knowledge, intelligence, compassion, social skills, patience, a sense of humor and I could go on. I am so grateful that a co-worker long ago referred me to her, when I expressed the need for a woman GYN. Little did I know I would be getting far more. Thank you, Dr. Allen!

Dr Allen is the absolute best! She is so kind and really listens and takes wonderful care of her patients. She delivered both of my babies and I am so thankful for her!

Dr Allen is an amazing doctor to have in the delivery room and throughout your pregnancy. She helped me as a first time mom relax and not stress with the pregnancy. She is a great listener and is a calming, but authoritative presence in delivery room. She is a talented doctor that anyone would be lucky to have.

Dr. Allen is just the best. Despite being incredibly busy, she never makes you feel rushed and takes the time to answer any and all questions you may have. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and has the best bed side manner. I love her so much that I actually look forward to my appointments! I recommend her to everyone!

I came to Dr. Allen from Chase Braxton 4 mo within my pregnancy. Come to find out I had Kidney stones. I was admitted to GBMC and she came to see me and advised me to the best of her ability. I love her and her office staff. I am glad I was able to obtain her as a doctor.

Wonderful "bedside manners" compassionate

This is my second pregnancy with Dr.Allen and as before she has been very informative. Dr. Allen takes the time to listen and answer questions that me and my husband have and never rushes the visit.
