Due to the gross negligence and incompetence of this "physician", my otherwise healthy grandfather suffered unnecessary harm, shortened lifespan, and tragic death. It is to be said that one cannot pay a price for memories lost, the loneliness of my ailing grandmother, and the hole left in the heart of my family, but those responsible should be held accountable and not allowed to harm others. Watching someone suffocate to death because of the gross negligence of this physician should not be the standard of care which currently exists for this group of doctors. I am hugely grateful for medicine, my family is in the field, which is why I feel even more compelled to express that if you are referred to this physician -- STEER CLEAR. Her conscience alone should warrant her resignation in the field of medicine for what she did and failed to do.

My father was wrongfully diagnosed by this doctor, even after the radiologist revealed in his CT findings that my father possibly has lung cancer with a septic embolism All information was sent to Dr. Crain. Dr. Crain completely ignored the findings by the radiologist and even failed to tell my dad what the radiologist was reporting. My father did not even have a chance under this doctors care!!

Dr. Crain listened to me and answered my questions. She explained her treatment plan, and even drew diagrams to help me understand my disease process. Very through and pleasant. Scheduled follow up in 3 months.
