Was fantastic, got rid o my pain . Very impressed with the whole operation.

Dr. Adams treated my broken foot. Several months later still had intense foot pain. Dr. Adams dismissed my complaints. Went for a second opinion, diagnostic tests clearly showed my foot was still broken. When I showed Dr. Adams the test results, he muttered 'thought you were just one of those who like to complain'. Needless to say, that was my last visit with him.

Although it's been years since my bunion surgery by Dr. Adams, I felt compelled to offer a counterpoint to the only other review on this site. I found Dr. Adams to be very pleasant and professional, and "down-to-earth" in his manner of communicating with me. I had no problems with the scheduling, staff, surgery, or post-op care. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him or to recommend him.

Dr. Adams examined the x-rays and MRI scan I had on the swelling in my right ankle. He identified the medical term for it that another podiatrist missed. During the visit, I told Dr. Adams that I did a lot of research on my foot condition. This seemed to irritate him. Then, he started quizzing me on my research. Patients wouldn't have to research their own health issues if there were more trustworthy, competent doctors! Dr. Adams didn't give me a solution to my problem--other than customized orthotics that cost $400 a pair and not covered by insurance! $400! Yeah, right. Dr. Adams said they may not even work! I left the office very disappointed. I discovered that my foot condition could be alleviated by metatarsal gel pads that cost about $20 a pair on Amazon.
