Dr. Donald Grant Anderson

Was referred there by a dentist to do a root canal. When I got there, I waited 40 minutes before I went in. Then another hour for them to take X-Rays and do a checkup (which I already had X-Rays taken at my dentist who referred me there and he already did the analysis). They charged me $350 then told me to come back in two weeks. After I already wasted half a day of my time as I left their office at almost noon. I asked them what if the tooth gets infected, they said "they will call in an antibiotic for me". I am here, I made to appointment to do the root canal TODAY ON THE DATE OF THE APPOINTMENT. Not to waste half a day, be charged and given another appointment in two weeks later. They knew they couldn’t do the work on that day and still gave me the appointment because they wanted the business. You shouldn't have taken the appointment if you knew you couldn't honor it. This is not Madison. This is Business at its worst. I was misled.
