Dr. Donald Balder

Run. he will botch u to the point nobody knows how to fix u. No dr here nor internationally know how to fix what he did to me. Now I live on IV for nutrition 12 hours a day. Nobody wants me cuz all i do is throw up awake or not awake. Sleeping is nonexistent as im scared I will throw up in my sleep. I hv before many times and aspirated and almost choked to death. I live everyday in fear it might b my last as a person tpn dependent only is expected to live 3 to 5 years im blessed to hv made almost 9 by the grace of God. This man has taken my life. I hv no normalized way of life. I have had to have heart and other surgeries because of health issues caused from his lack of surgery skills. Run as fast as u can I repeat run.

This man has taken my life from me as i am now totally tpn dependent for nutrition. I have no normalized way of life as i throw up constantly every day all day. I have almost died 4 times since the surgery. He kicked my intestine during the first surgery. I woke up and immediately knew something was wrong and he kept saying I needed to walk more. Sent me to die basically with no way of getting nutrition nor keeping it down. Kicked me out the hospital abruptly kicking me off my pain meds and threw me into withdraw. Its nothing short of medical malpractice, dont know how this man still has his license to practice medicine. He was fired from hospital as chief of surgery for what he did to me. Smh. This man only cares about the money he can get from people and insurances. He is a monster. I have ptsd from this man's butcher job to me. PLEASE STAY AWAY MATTER OF FACT RUN IF REFERRED TO HIM. I MEAN IT RUN AS FAST AS U CAN

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT let this man touch you. He should not be allowed to practice medicine. I had to go to another doctor after sleeve surgery. I am now going to have to have by pass surgery due to the stricture and twist he created during sleeve surgery. He has not even checked on me. I was in and out of the hospital after the sleeve surgery.

He did threading on my neck in February of this year. I had to go back 5 different times for him to fix it and he never could. I honestly don’t think he knew what he was doing. I paid close to $2000 which I should of shopped around because it was outrageous. I have to go somewhere else for them to fix it. My neck looks the same as it did when I first went. He got rude at the end as if he did a good job. I asked for some of my money back, but that was a no. Do not go to this doctor at all. I’m so angry.

Balder is an arrogant, ignorant, pretentious, narcissistic monster. He botched my mother's surgery so badly that she now has two functioning stomachs and also has an ulcer the size of a golf ball in one of them. No gastrointerologists will even try to fix her because of the butchering he did to my mother!

Sent me home to die

I've suffered with morbid obesisty for years. Dr. Balder did my sleeve in 2018 with zero complications or complaints. I've already lost 92 lbs and am feeling great! Would definitely recommend!!

The amount of poor reviews should be evidence enough. Shamed out of SC, NC and now "practices" in MS. Dr. Death in the flesh... stay away folks.
